Dog Days

Dog Days is a mental health campaign in response to a Creative Conscience competition brief. The inspiration behind this project came from my own experience battling with depression and anxiety, and learning to build healthier habits based around an anchor in my life – my dog. Throughout my journey, I learnt a lot about myself, the relationships we form with our pets and the routines we build together. The Dog Days app encourages people in a similar position as I to build their own healthy habits with reminders and personalisable features centred around their dogs.
